Includes RMA process and collection of device logs for investigation of root cause.- Coordinate with vendors (Nokia, Juniper, and Adtran) and Colo providers for scheduled vendor maintenance, smart hands request, BGP peer and joint troubleshooting.- Create method of procedure prior to maintenance to be reviewed by Tier 2 NOC and Change Control Board.- Perform scheduled maintenances-from Core, Edge, Access up to OOB Network like configuration changes, upgrades of network devices and hardware replacements.- Implements Routine Network Configuration like Activation and Deactivation of BGP Session/ Update BGP Policies and Metrics/Update TACACS/ Link Commissioning and Decommissioning/ Update BNG DHCP configuration for IPV4 and IPV6- Work with Field Technicians to troubleshoot ISP and OSP related issues like PON loss of signal and fiber cut.- Conduct CPE testing prior to deployment of OLTs.
