      Cashier Customer Service

Responsible for providing fast, fun, and friendly service to guests on the front end. I interacted with customers on a daily basis with assisting them with ringing up their purchase as well as providing outstanding customer service. When not busy with guests I was responsible with keeping the store clean as well as organized, zoned and stocked items accordingly. Pushing carts when the store was very busy at times or when the cart attendant needed help if they couldn't keep up. And when a team member at guest service, photo lab, or the front end manager needed a break I would cover for them when needed.• Trained in all areas of the store which includes sales floor, cart attendant, photo lab, cashiering for the pharmacy, backroom, overnight logistics, and the reception desk.• Covered for front end and sales floor managers• And helped train many cashiers, sales floor, guest service and backroom team members Show less

I provided service to customers on a daily basis by offering to help them find something or by simply offering them a cart. Drove sales by getting on a register and ring people up whenever it was backed up on the front end of the store. Lead in receiving and unloading of trucks as well stocking and inventorying all items so that may be priced. I was also sent to do inventory for stores across our region for a month which provided a great experience for me since I got to see how other stores worked and meet the amazing people who worked there. Guest Service/Instocks/Overnight

I provided fast, fun, and friendly service to guests with assistance on refunds as well as exchanges. I was responsible to help with anything the customers may have had a problem with whether it be a missed coupon or wrong payment. When it came to damaged items I had to make sure to defect them out accordingly toTargets best practice.• Trained new and old team members to work in the guest service• Helped customers with the biggest amount of returns the store receives all year which is right after theChristmas season.• Coordinate with the cart attendants whenever a guest may have a heavy item in their car they may need help getting inside to return or items already purchased that guests need help getting out to their cars.• Properly take back all defectives and trash to their designated areas in the backroom.Worked with a small group of people to go around the entire store to scan all out of stock items and critical low shelves. After scanning I then stocked the shelves with any merchandise we had with the backroom replenishment pulls our equipment has made for us. I also helped drive sales by helping guests find items and answer any questions they may have had with those items. And in doing so had to work with our assets protection to make sure any high dollar items on the report were accounted for.Worked with other team members on various projects in store to reset fixtures, stock merchandise and change signing. Meet with managers to discuss directions and tools on planograms so the team members know what objectives to complete. I am responsible to help all team members when the manager is not there with all problems that they may have with their objectives and help them to the best of my ability. Help the overnight logistics backroom and flow team during high volume seasonal period such as Christmas or when they don't have enough people to help complete their tasks. Show less
