TRENZ is the most significant international business-to-business travel and trade event in New Zealand, with over 1500 delegates attending across four days.Key responsibilities: - Managing exhibitor registrations and providing ongoing support for booth arrangements, transfers and changes, new exhibitors, appointment scheduling, and technical challenges.- Managing the relationship with all key suppliers – AV, venue, exhibition, theming, security, catering and health and safety.- Coordinating RFP process for new supplier agreements.- Managing all health and safety requirements including supplier coordination, risk and crisis management plans.- Building the floorplan.- Managing print and digital signage at the event. - Marketing and communication including developing the annual event branding, email marketing, content creation and social media.- Budget management and invoicing.- TIA’s health, safety and well-being staff representative.
