      At Personio I was hired as their first agile coach towards their journey towards agility at a time when they were just about to scale. In six months they have doubled their product and engineering teams and I was put to the challenge of scaling agility along with it. I coached four Product and Engineering teams, 2 at a time, in adopting scrum, kanban,etc. and brought in a culture of being pragmatic about which framework to choose. Some of the practices I was able to influence the org with are Pair programming, mob programming, red green refactor TDD cycles, clean code principles, etc. One of my most recent challenges which I am currently on is to create a common goal for their payroll vertical which comprises of three teams and structure a team around end to end value.       At BI I was to engage with the Agile Coaching chapter within their innovation hub called as BI-X and help coach at various levels. At the team level I took up coaching one of their teams that is building a clinical decision making tool to help bring in behavioral change among physicians towards shared decision making with the patients by adhering to the prescribed medical guidelines of the given country. Part of my accomplishment here was to help bind the team together and ensure working towards a common vision in the face of uncertainty they faced in building the tool when their initial hypothesis was difficult to prove. Another contribution of mine was to constantly question the application of regulatory measures on the tool while the tool was going through testing and pilot phase so that the team could focus on innovation and not slowed down by regulations before it matured into a product.At the chapter level I helped the company rethink their innovation channels to invite ideas from a global audience rather than from internal employees. I worked with their innovation scouting team in creating an end to end process of scouting and validating ideas that are revenue generating potential.At the chapter level I also helped bring in a culture of radical candor feedback giving to other chapters as well as teams.And lastly I contributed towards validating if agile coaching is an option to the rigid pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for a particular Business Unit Show less
