  Administered Alcohol and other drugs program – Random and targeted testing of employees and contractors working for Railcorp, Sydney Buses, Newcastle Buses and Ferries and NSW Transport Project Development Group.Participated in the Training of Authorised Testing Officers under the Rail Safety Adoption of National Law Act 82 (NSW) 2012 and RailCorp’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.Provided suburban and country regional drug and alcohol testing (border to border), targeted and random.Prepared briefs of evidence and appear for Railcorp in Court proceedings as required.Kept accurate, appropriate and detailed records of incidents and other reports as required.Produced via Microsoft Publisher and PageMaker internal posters, flyers and documents outlining important Drug and Alcohol information for dissemination to Railcorp Depot’s, Stations, Offices, Rail Industry Trade Shows and Safety Conventions.Organised and set up and manned interactive information booths at Railcorp Safety Show (voted best booth for three years in succession). Manned set up and organized information booth for Rail Industry Trade Shows. Networked throughout the Railcorp and Countrylink organization. As a member of the Drug and Alcohol Detection Unit I have worked with all levels of employees and managers, from the CEO to Customer Service Officers and Fettlers. I have formed excellent working relationships with every division throughout the Railcorp family; I have achieved this through negotiating and implementing the most efficient and effective methods of drug and alcohol testing, thus reducing the amount of “down time” caused by withdrawing employees/contractors from active duties.
