      In this role I developed integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns in Commercial, Life and High Net Worth product areas. I acted as a marketing consultant for the branch network, advising on their local marketing activity and helping them to create their own tailored marketing campaigns. I also managed the delivery of the budget email on the of the Chancellors Autumn Statement which produced a CTR of 4% and open rate of 21%, the most successful e-shot at that time. In this role I also:• Delivered a pensions reform campaign that resulted in substantial investment and lead generation.Created Cyber Security insurance marketing material and presentation to assist the agency network in understanding this area.• Created a number of Life marketing campaigns, delivering an increase in ROI by 25%.• Project managed a maturing bonds pilot campaign, which resulted in over 60% of maturing bond funds being retained from 150 customers, totalling over £5m.• Worked with the Compliance and Digital Teams to create common understanding and improve my team’s Compliance pass rate from 60% to 78%, achieving significant efficiencies. Show less I volunteered to undertake a 12-month secondment in order to better understand customer insight and increase my skills and knowledge. I project managed 15 research projects spanning the complete product range. I created an online community from pitch process to implementation. The community made a cost saving of £21K in the first 5 months and more than halved lead-times for results.
