      Serve as the Flight Planning Integration and Operations Disposal Lead with the responsibility to lead ISS Program Disposal. This includes integrating, horizontally and vertically disposal issues across the ISS Program and with the International Partners.Manage and Lead the ISS Program Disposal Team and ensure the team has training to execute the ISS Program disposal requirements.Provide tactical/strategic disposal recommendations to ISS Program for approval and implementation. This will include but is not limited to defining the amount of trash capability required on a yearly basis, trash type priority order per visiting vehicle mission, vehicle fullness and unberthing, and strategic trash planning with regards to possible FPIP permutations.Ensure timely identification of potential disposal issues and provide possible mitigation steps. This includes identifying trash rate spikes/dips and potential issues with exceeding mass limit of disposal vehicles.Provide expertise and recommendations for the development of new methods of disposal. Participate in program-level discussions and meetings to ensure proper disposal considerations and make recommendations for optimal disposal options.Provide CoFR for each Stage Operations Readiness Review and identify issues or concerns.Provide and ensure disposal/trash coordination among the following ISS Programsupport organizations: Visiting Vehicle Providers – NG, HTV, DCC, SpX (when required); FOD - ISO, POIC; HSFTIC – Stowage Team, VVEs, Increment Team; ISS Program – OB, OC, OD, ON, OZ, XX; International Partners - RSC-E, JAXA, ESA; Manage the Bilateral Disposal Protocol Agreement on Russian and USOS vehicles.Serve as the Lead for all processes, vehicle configs, vehicle information/data, that relate to disposal. This will include new vehicle/module disposal capabilities.Provide leadership in continuously developing methods for improving the Trash Projections process to meet the ISS Program objectives.
