  The project involves the construction of a water desalination plant dubbed 'Jubail Independent Water Project - Phase 3A' in Jubail, Saudi Arabia under an initiative taken up by Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC). The plant will be designed for a potable water capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per day (m3/day) using reverse osmosis seawater desalination technology.
