  As the Brotherhood Development Director I serve as the chair of the Brotherhood Development Committee. Tasked with the oversight of all education and development of fraternity brothers, I manage in-person and online education. I work closely with the UCLA Provost to ensure new initiate education is compliant with all UCLA guidelines and regulations, an especially difficult task considering the COVID pandemic. I also plan all brotherhood programs, including, initiation ritual, and ritual education. I assist the President in the running of the Semi-Annual Brotherhood Review Vote (SBRV). I was also responsible being Head of Risk Management for a 120 man chapter with an $200,000 annual budget. Show less
