  Presently, I am continuing to work for Kantar as a junior analyst on their Category Insights team. Category Insights is responsible for creating content on retail insights, and posting this content on their custom platform KRIQ (a subscription based internal database for clients). I am responsible for creating reports on shopper behavior across categories to demonstrate shopper dynamics, infographics on trends around products, as well as cross-category topics. During my tenure I have:Leveraged internal and external data, including syndicated, survey, and panel data, to identify insights on shopper behavior, demographics, and satisfaction related variables. This analysis aimed to pinpoint opportunities for retailers and manufacturers to improve products and elevate shopper experience.Developed and utilized market research skills to identify and conduct in depth analysis on promotional strategies, cross-category merchandising, and retailer taxonomy.
