      Initially working as a customer service advisor in a customer facing role which ranged from face-to-face sales to inbound/outbound contact relating to any and all potential queries. I soon progressed into a senior role and ultimately became a customer service team leader. During my time at Rattan Direct I worked in close proximity and on behalf of other areas of the business such as our logistics, supply chain and marketing teams.       • I am currently aligned to three of the top 10 AM100 retailer groups as an insight specialist working in conjunction with an account director • I provide bespoke weekly performance reports (MS Excel) to key stakeholders within the retailer groups I work with and manage the delivery of this insight to relevant individuals to support the maintenance of a healthy relationship between our businesses • I provide actionable insight catered towards improving the performance of the retailer groups I work with whilst focusing on further potential areas of improvement • I work with Looker (Software) to pull together dimensions/measures to provide retail pricing/supply and demand/marketplace performance metrics to our account managers/directors to help shape our retailer conversations • Looker (Software) has been used to pull together data but I have also utilised data visualisations skills to ensure this is digestible for internal stakeholders as well as external customers • I analyse large volumes of data for our independent/franchise retailers catered towards identifying trends where-by we can improve retailer performance working towards business established KPI’s • I often provide insight and content (MS Powerpoint) for our internal operational leadership team and have provided content on a CEO level which has been utilised in customer meetings • I provide internal support to the end users of dashboards I have built as well as internal systems we utilise in the form of skype presentations and one-to-one calls and have provided training support to our graduates Show less
