  After being a BA for Mash Staffing I got a role within the Head Office where I worked on the Samsung Kings Cross project resourcing for 40 shop floor staff. The role involved collating a pipeline of candidatesConducting an initial stage phone call Progressing and rejecting candidatesHolding 2nd stage group interviews of up to 15 peopleHelping at the final stage group interviews of up to 30 peopleAll correspondence with candidates throughout the processAfter the KX project finished successfully, I then moved on to resourcing for Mash's internal books. Targeting areas around the country that we didn't have any candidates in. I did this by attending university career days and then holding follow up group interviews, in which I arranged all travel/ accommodation and venue hire. Show less

  Working in high-end film and television for 3 years. I got my first role in the Locations department where I spent the first 9 months working on The Witcher Season 2, at Aborfield Studios. Here I got promoted from Location Marshall to Location Assistantant, I ran the 2nd Unit for 6 weeks. Once finished on 2nd Unit I got the opportunity to work as PA within the Assistant Directors department for the final 3 weeks of the shoot. I then went on to my next role as a PA / Stand-In on the film My Policeman. This was a 3-month shoot across London and Brighton, where I learned the fundamentals of being a good Floor PA.After finishing My Policeman I got the role of Base PA on Netflix's The Crown Season 5, I spent the next 9 months shooting across locations all over England and Scotland. Working closely with the cast and crew, being responsible for getting the actors to and from the set on time, organizing cast fittings, and completing daily paperwork and reports, aiding the 2nd AD. After a short summer break, I then came back in the same role to complete another 9 months on the final season of The Crown Season 6.Other contracts I have worked on include -A pilot - Never Let Me GoITV's - Tell Me Everything S2 Disney's - Deadpool 3 & Disenchanted Universals - Wicked My role on these shows varied from Crowd PA, Floor PA, Base PA, and Lock off PA.   I sat on the North American ConTech vertical at LMRE (a specialised built environment technology recruitment firm, with a focus across the US, APAC, Europe, and UK). I worked with hypergrowth ConTech start-ups from pre-seed through to Post-IPO, usually either straight SaaS or a mixture of hardware and SaaS. I focused on all GTM hires from junior to c-suite. As well as trained in business development where I actively engaged with CEO's to bring on new roles. In the 6 months I was at LMRE I placed 7 candidates - Series C - Account/Implementation ManagerSeries A - Founding US Enterprise AESeed - 2 x Senior Account Executives Seed - 2 x Account Executives Seed - 1 x Marketing Director As well as actively worked on a Director of Product Management Role, CSM & SDR role.
