      Organised as part of a work experience week during first year of A Levels, I joined Friday Media Group to gain office experience in a large company. My main role for the week was to assist the management of their online selling sites but I was also given the opportunity to run their social media Facebook page for the day to learn what customers react to best. This helped me to realise the importance of social media and how key it is to a professional business.

      I undertook a 13-month placement with Millbrook venues, assisting events fore high profile automotive brands. During my time at Millbrook, I organised events spread over multiple venues, for customers including Ferrari, Aston Martin and McLaren. I was responsible for the Aston Martin account which involved attending client meetings, liaising across departments to organise events, managing live days and invoicing appropriately. Highlights included co-managing a ‘Ford Tech Live' event, hosting 250 guests a day for 10 days, involving a high level of communication and professionalism. This event went on to be nominated for ‘Automotive Event of the Year’ the C&IT Awards 2019. Show less
