      In just two short months, I have become very familiar with the process of rolling steel and with the equipment used to do so. I am involved in trouble shooting many different aspects of the mill to pin point the root cause of a delay. After the cause is known, the team sets out to resolve the immediate problem. The goal then is to innovate a new solution to prevent re-occurrence.
