  As a VFX production assistant, I played an important role in the production process: helping to coordinate post-production activities and operations. I was responsible for setting up studio meetings, taking accurate and concise notes for artists as well as managing calendars and keeping production tracking software (Shotgrid) up to date. Other responsibilities included general studio management such as inputting information into HR software, booking hotel rooms and taxis as well as ordering bi-weekly food shops for the studio.   As a Post Production Assistant, I was responsible for assisting Play Sport Network’s post-production and IT teams in the delivery of documentaries to the GCN+ streaming platform. My role included laying up subtitle files from providers, editing where necessary, and making timing adjustments. As well as this, I helped to facilitate grade/audio fixes in Premiere Pro as required and ensured content was mastered to technical specifications. I also assisted with administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, trackers, and relevant post-production paperwork as well as uploading necessary files to Google Drive and Frame.io. I was also responsible for helping with editing tasks such as the relinking of video projects, liaising with editors to locate any missing assets as well as exporting assets for colour grade, audio check, and quality control.   As Frank Film’s production management intern, I was responsible for assisting the production management team in setting up international shoots for an upcoming TV documentary series. I aided in the preparation for international shoots and recces in South America and Asia, including purchasing consumables, organising production bags and first aid packs. I assisted with administrative tasks relevant to the production and helped to set up Trello boards to track the progress of pre-production and shooting. I logged and categorised Frank Film’s kit inventory, creating a tracking spreadsheet to aid future productions.
