       Responsible for all commercial functions of the region including Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Operations Target Setting with consultation of HQ and target monitoring through real time commercial reporting Efficiently managing and controlling regional budgets related to commercial operations Ensuring target achievement related to revenue, market share, channel expansion, terminal business, mobile commerce business, corporate sales and services.  Responsible for end to end operational planning, management and execution of regional trade promotions / trade marketing drives and as per HQ polices & processes.  Based upon the market intelligence research, responsible for taking complete control of localized Marketing Mix to develop the local market efficiently.  Under the HQ guidance proactively develop different channels and maximize the channel scale with value and improve the channel control. Based on CPC/NCVP model, responsible of developing channels to support segment strategy and sell multi-products.  Under the HQ guidance, responsible for local customer service centers’ daily operation, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), customer center profitability and sales target achievement.  Responsible to collect, analyze and give priority on local site coverage and capability expansion plan.
