  In 2010, I switched to the ABBAS IRON & PIPE MERCHANT as a business accountant where trading is the core activity to perform. At this place, I started to prepare financial accounts in the single-entry system where records are not required to be maintained in the standard format. Being an accountant, I normally used to prepare vouchers for daily cash sales and record the receipts of cash purchases as well as for other cash expenses. All daily cash sales & cash purchases and other cash expenses are transferred to daily net cash inflow and outflow statements to check the daily cash transactions of the business. Similarly, credit sale receipts and credit purchase invoices are recorded in the individual customer account balances and individual supplier account balances respectively. The individual account balances of customers & suppliers show the total sales amount from each customer and total cash received from each customer and the total amount outstanding from each customer & the total amount purchased from each supplier and total amount paid to each supplier and the total amount payable to each supplier respectively. Additionally, a separate list of all customers' and suppliers' net amounts is prepared separately to check with individual account balances of each customer and supplier and if any discrepancy occurs in the accounts then resolve them in time to rectify errors.
