      I was responsible for the education treatment plans of ten youth ages 14-17. I collaborated with each youth's teachers and school administrations to implement interventions in and out of the classroom to support academic growth and success. I was a mentor, teacher, coach, and advocate to eight boys ages 11-14 in a residential treatment facility. I coordinated and managed the daily schedule, weekly events and activities, community service opportunities, and other projects with the youth. I was also responsible for the creation and implementation of two youths' individual treatment plans.

      I create prayer, reflection and action-based resources and write content for websites, email and other platforms to engage our audiences in issue-based campaigns and motivate them to support CRS' work around the world, specifically through advocacy, giving and fundraising. I supported six programs with resource development, internal and external communications and administrative assistance. My work included developing resources for and communicating around CRS' response in emergencies, as well as supporting and creating resources and training for one program's volunteer base.
