  I taught Arabic and served as a cultural ambassador of Morocco to the University of Iowa. I delivered dozens of lectures and presentations and led many discussions about the political, economic and cultural challenges in MENA.

  I taught English and facilitated extra activities related to civic engagement, democratic values, and empowerment. I am also managing a project called " Pikala Bikes" in Kelaa Sraghna, where we provided students with 500 bikes to encourage girls to attend school and eradicate dropping out and the marriage of minors. I also supported creating a co-working space for students in a rural high school. I design curriculum and make it consider the opportunities that are in the job market.   I am managing a project " Youth First Academy". It is a project funded by the Danish youth council. It aims at empoiwering young people in 5 sites in the region of Marrakech-Safi. We train these youth on leadership skills, entrepreneurship, creativity and probem solving. We aslo work on projects related to local governance, acess to informations and civil engagment.

  I manage"Relief and Rebuilding Projects" at the High Atlas Foundation. My responsibilities encompass conducting needs assessments and distribution assessments for projects that address three core aspects: immediate response, such as providing food and shelter; sustainable initiatives involving fruit tree planting and Wash/ irrigation; and social psychotherapy.
