      Worked under Dr Kevin Heasman, an aquaculture scientist to prototype and test an accelerometer chain and to log the data for a new design of an off-shore mussel farm. The primary purpose of this was to find the number of g-forces needed to dislodge mussels so the Cawthron Institute can design and orientate systems to avoid future dislodgment. The project was part of enabling open ocean shellfish aquaculture, funded by MBIE.
