  Working as a customer service manager in retail vertical where we provide convenience and fuel based solutions to the customers. I deal with the L2,L3 support teams, development and project teams to get the resolution for the customer issues and I manage change management, service level management, problem management and release management. I actively work on customer billing for the products that they use and I engage weekly and monthly performance reviews with customers. I take care of the resource and timesheet management and it my responsibility to check project billing is properly utilized by the resources. I am good at service improvement plans as I have past experience in service level management. Show less
