      I play a crucial part in driving sales growth by partnering with the sales team to lead demo calls with enterprise brands. I address technical needs and ensure smooth migration and onboarding processes, bridging the gap between brand requirements and our platform. This allows me to deliver tailored experiences that align perfectly with client expectations, with a primary focus on 1) Increasing contract value 2) Enhancing platform adoption and utilisation of monetised apps 3) Fostering long-term partnership with brands.I also work closely with our Account Managers to uplift the take rate on each account, focusing on optimising the key areas that contribute to our main revenue streams. Additionally, I serve as the technical bridge between the product and engineering teams for troubleshooting in the Singapore and Malaysia markets, ensuring that complex issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.Projects I worked on:1. Includes negotiating best offers to met the needs of SHOPLINE merchants.- Focusing on creating meaningful partnerships, to drive new customer acquisition and visibility for SHOPLINE, at the same time working with partners to meet their marketing objectives.SHOPLINE is a global e-commerce SaaS enabler that helps merchants to sell everywhere. We operate on a similar business model as Shopify and have grown to become the biggest challenger of Shopify in many regions. To date, we have established footprints in over a dozen regions and helped over 350,000 merchants to reach out to over 400 million end consumers worldwide. The current GMV on SHOPLINE is approximately $800 million per month and it is still growing at an increasing rate. Show less
