      Ms. Beech researches, analyzes, organizes and archives data for Environmental projects. She organizes, prioritizes and analyzes anything- especially data, efficiently in a useful and logical manner. Most recently, she has organized archived and indexed decades of oil refinery documents for two major refineries in California and prepared them for storage. She has also designed and implemented solutions for on-site document storage.She has developed relationships of all kinds in all levels of government. She has designed efficiency protocols for field offices which maintained OSHA safety regulations and provided supply maintenance and sample labeling, prep and delivery for field projects in California. She has performed various site surveys, utility mapping, and APN and chemical investigations.She has performed technical data entry, management and QA/QC for large scale remediation and air monitoring projects.Research data includes legal and environmental documents, bldg records, utility maps, hazwaste operations, facility business plans, IW and UST files, engineering blueprints, litigation files as well as City, County, State and Federal records for inclusion in real estate portfolio transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers in the public and private sectors as well as other environmental and data protective projects. The data retrieved is used in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for private industry, developers, and government agencies throughout the United States. Project sites have included vacant parcels, dairy farms, wetlands, commercial and retail complexes, business parks, municipal buildings, warehouses, single family dwellings, multi-tenant residential properties, local schools and universities, fire stations, gas stations, hotels, movie studios, supermarkets, restaurants, acute-care hospitals, medical office buildings, oil refineries, major ports and industrial/manufacturing facilities.
