      Assist in vegetation inventory for Vegetation Sampling Protocol (VSP) program. VSP is a vegetation monitoring program collaborated by Univerisity of Toronto and Science and Research Branch, MNRF.- Conducted detailed vegetation inventory in over 50 plots spread over Lake Simcoe Watershed for the VSP program, collaborated with the MNRF Science branch to monitor the ecosystem’s health. - Communicated with private land landowners, courteously answered their concerns related to forest management and provide professional recommendations. - Upgraded field inventory skills include plant identification, GPS, GIS mapping as well as bush smart, which could ensure my safety while working in unfavorable condition. - Identified issues that impair the forest ecosystem health from the data we collected from the inventory. Analyzed and conducted research on these issues and presented recommendations to professionals. - Managed data after the field information gathering.
