Inform factory adjust plan timely if changes.• Provide outbound forecast to warehouse/logistics to arrange manpower and container utilization. • Monitoring OM/ERP/WM/SAP performance, report error timely and drive correction plan with IT team.• Cross-depts. communicate with logistics, warehouse, QA, sales together, for fast problem shooting.Achievement:o Established planning rules with self-developed reports, such as recovery report, shortages report, OTD analysis etc. o Improve OTD from 60% to 98%.o Carryout Order Cancellation Procedure, Order On Hold Procedure, SLA documents, etc. clearly identify CS/OF roles and responsibility, minimize order cancellation and unnecessary storage charges.
