      • Performed cost and price analyses on large dollar proposals to determine the reasonableness of all cost elements. Served on Business Management Evaluation Panels (BMEP) and Source Evaluation Board (SEB) for procurements that are primarily $100 million and above. Served as an advisor during pre-solicitation, proposal evaluation and post award stages of the procurement to the SEB and the contractual pricing authority at meetings during SEB meetings. • Developed a written comprehensive pricing report and recommendation for each proposal evaluated.
