Tasks I have completed for this project include:- Researching CRMs to determine the best fit for merging existing databases into a single source- Researching and documenting the setup of software modules within Constant Contact for potential use- ETL for contacts as cleanup was required due to the Canadian Anti-Spam Laws.   The purpose of this project was to create the new Home Depot Canada website which launched in November 2015.- Oversaw the daily status of an AODA QA team located in India and work with the Content Migration, User Experience and IT teams to ensure the continued progress of QA testing.- Managed the execution of the Content Migration and Product Migration work streams including chairing weekly status meetings and tracking activities in MS Project.- Obtained approvals for and organized vendor-related documentation such as SOWs, change orders, quotations and invoices in SharePoint.- Controlled the vendor invoicing process for 10 vendors including following up on invoice submission deadlines, reviewing and obtaining approvals on amounts invoiced, securing receipt creation and using an Excel pivot table to track remaining PO amounts.- Conducted monthly financial audits for charges against the over $14M budget to ensure accurate reporting to the IT PMO.- Handled logistics for both onsite and offsite work including facilitating building security access, work stations, remote system access, and application security access for IT and QA vendors.
