   Responsible for proactive monitoring of all alarms associated with MATAR IT infrastructure (Network, Servers) and Doha International Airport Network on a 24x7 basis. On average in excess of 15,000 alarms are handled in MATAR ITNOC per month. Perform Failover, Backup, and Restoration of critical servers, and provide support to the project implementation team on system upgrades and service enhancement. Perform troubleshooting and work closely with all technical support teams for prompt resolution of incidents pertaining to critical IT systems. Perform file restoration for business users via Veritas NetBackup. Ensure processes and SOPs are adhered to in line with all established corporate IT policies and ITIL / ISO 20000 standards for MATAR IT services. Communicate with MATAR IT Service Centre and support teams on potential impact. Generate daily reports on Network throughput, capacity planning, system backup, and Passenger Wi-Fi performance for internal and external stakeholders.
