Later on, they decided to open an IT hub specialized in ERP/Management systems and Automation. Achievements: - Re-engineered the working process to fit into the new ERP system which saves at least 50% time and effort by removing file-based work and verbal communication. - Successfully implemented order management, supply chain, logistics management, and several other core modules within 2 years. - Successfully implemented Appointment Management, HRMS, Roasters module of a hospital-based ERP within the deadline.
