Innovated and executed projects in energy consumption and maintenance expenses across 200+ grocery stores (subsidiary companies: Cub Foods, Shop N Save, Shoppers, Farm Fresh and Hornbachers), 40 distribution centers, and 2 corporate offices - total of 30M+ squarefeet. Budgetary responsibilities included annual planning, forecasting and monthly variance (actual to budget) explanations. In just 3 years (2015-2018), the energy expense reduction initiatives resulted in a 21% reduction in usage per square-foot in SVU's key banners (Cub Foods, Hornbachers, and Shoppers).
