Directly responsible for the readiness rate of over 95% during JRTC rotation. He showed himself to be an expert troubleshooter on the M1A1 main battle tank. He always shared his personal knowledge and used any opportunity to train soldiers and build strong team cohesion. Served as the Evacuation NCO, responsible the safe transport of over 200 DS/GS jobs from the Kabal to Camp Doha logging over 18,000 accident free miles during the deployment.
