  It was a very long journey and a big process for me to be one of the United Nations working team to organize COP 27 under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity, where the process and evaluation began in May 5 of 2022, then in September we were invited to take a test to complete the evaluation, and this was the stage The firstThe second stage began by taking many courses, following the Almentor platform, and it consisted of seven courses, which are:1- conflict management skills 2- problem - solving 3- day to day English 4- 10 best practice techniques for customer service 5- socializing in English 6- the 7 communication sins 7- effective leadership The third stage was an interview to evaluate the language and personality, then I was rehabilitated to attend a conference in the Alexandria Library to get to know the people who succeeded in crossing all these stages. We went to a camp for three days in the youth city in Alexandria. This camp aimed to know people’s skills and evaluation The final selection of the work team and the organizers. In this camp, I worked in more than one team. I also made a presentation on the goals of sustainable development.In the end, I was accepted into the final stage, and I spent a month in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh, and I was organized in the green zone for one period and the blue zone for another period.I was also invited to attend a meeting with members of the American Congress and the American ambassador to discuss my projects, my vision for the future, and my ideas. The umbrella of Habiba Community includes Habiba Organic Farm , Habiba Beach Lodge , and Habiba Learning Center. Habiba Organic Farm is a revolutionary agricultural land that witness the change of the desert into a fertile land . Habiba Beach Lodge with its strategic location on the beach is an attraction in Nuweiba for tourists , families and volunteers . Habiba Learning Center is developed to serve the community children with applied education methods through various arts and activities .The activities we did:-(1)lecture about Water quality, underground water and irrigation and visit habiba organic farm.(2) Visit to the Old Desalination unit (10000 m3/d) and the New Desalination unit (15000 m3/d).(3)lecture about marein environment and visite Reef Check Course.(4)Fish farms with intensive farming system in Nuweiba.(5)Flood protection projects in Nuweiba lectures and visit to wadi water.
