  Responsible for a multi-crop controlled environment facility with several hundred thousand square feet of green house and growth chamber space. I lead a team of ~100 fantastic folks with seed-to-seed responsibility (from planting to harvest/storage and everything in between) for both research and production programs. Responsible for end-to-end and cross-functional management of our genome editing production pipeline for all crops. Successfully piloted and deployed several technology breakthroughs from research into production.
