I identified that they are not as dominant of a player in the international telecom market as they're are capable of being. I was then given the task to find and produce solutions.CST Industries- I was given the task of analyzing a new market that they entered in late last year. I found 177 companies that were potential competitors of the new product line. I then analyzed each company and I was then able to identify their top 25 potential competitors. With the results from my analysis, I then began working on product literature for their new product line.LearnTech- I was given the task of creating a survey to give to potential customers to analyze their corporate training needs. I then created a short infomercial on their website, to help attract more clients. Through my work they have gained many major companies as their clients. Show less
