Show less Tasks:• people management (e.g. improvement assessment)• interviewing new candidates• determining and observing the development guidelines in the LogMeIn Central Automation• prioritizing and assigning tasks• designing test infrastructure• writing and maintaining automated tests• taking part of designing and developing the LogMeIn Automation Framework• designing and implementing tools for the manual QA• administration of JIRA tickets When I started the new job I immediately introduced the pair-review. We started the every week code reviews. The team was developing constantly. The members always gave positive feedback.Achivements of the team:- We introduced the page object pattern, because the maintenance of the exitsiting test cases was a real pain. Then we presented it to the other teams and it became the company level standard.- The team created a completely new solution for handling emails which were send out by the SUT. Then all the other automation teams started to use the solution.- The team designed web based toolkit for the manual testers to ease there daily work.
