      - Currently working as Service Asset and Configuration Manager for two contracts.- Providing support as mentor for below contract.- Good knowledge of Order Journey and over all Inventory flow.- Works on Inventory Build, Update and Cease.- Works on Inventory cleanse and Mobilization.- Having good knowledge of tools like BFG, Expedio, SQE, Classic, NMSL, SOE SMARTS, EMSE SMARTS, Ionix, Config Store, Agora, Ontario and Watch4Net.- Good understanding of Network Diagram, Site Design Document, Monitoring systems and Utilization Reports.- Provide support to PM’s, SRM’s, NOC, Capacity and Billing teams on inventory queries.- Provide end to end support to stakeholder and Client also for all kind of inventory issues.- Create/update/Modify/Cease inventory records as per BT ordering system in STARS and Local inventory database.- Perform monthly reconciliations between ordering system and supplier inventory records to keep the inventory up to date and complete.- Support procurement and Global access team in end-to-end renewal process.- Do daily/weekly review of discrepancies identify on the inventory system.- Providing support to the LAN and WAN hardware capacity management and responsible for operational readiness testing (ORT). - Responsible for End of Life and End of Support updates of device/hardware like routers and switch and their upgrade.- Enhancing the quality and accuracy of the Configuration Items (CIs) maintained in the Enterprise Configuration Management (CMDB) as per BT standards.- Performing Asset Discovery activities which include and not limited to:- Request and implement Discovery patterns for new device if it doesn’t exist.- Identifying issues, analyze, tackle and drive remediation of errors to ensure the establishment of successful CMDB and ITAM capabilities in Group IT.- Working with the CMDB Architect to define structure, including CI types, naming conventions, required and optional attributes and relationships. Show less • Working with EMC Ionix Network Configuration Management (NCM) version 9.2.2a patch 1, the tool which is used for scanning the compliance status of IP network devices.• Responsible to find all the Network device complaints and gives updates to the respected POC’s and Management.• Responsible for maintaining and resolve the EMC-smarts application related issue.• Responsible adding sites, devices in NCM tool, Configuration Push/pull to and from the devices IOS Upgrade, License management and up gradation, create and maintain user accounts, Create standards, policies etc.• Responsible for device configurations are backed up properly.• Responsible for devices and need to scheduled Pull jobs as per the Site POC requirement.• Responsible for troubleshooting DNS, SSH, SNMP, Tacas Routing related issues.• Responsible for creating policies, standards against severity and enterprise standard for IP devices in NCM tool.• Managing and resolving day to day devices issues in NCM.• Help ensure that the team provides world class level of customer satisfaction through ownership, resolution and appropriate escalation of incidents and problem tickets. • Maintain proactive and timely communication with end user via multiple mediums (tickets, calls, walk-ups, IM). • Ensuring the team meets SLAs for Incident/ problem resolution and task completion. • Ensure effective, pro-active monitoring and configuration/change management is maintained for all network devices. • Participate in CCB meetings.
