  Coordinator of the national network of foreign trade information centers

  I structured the promotion strategy for the network of 21 regional offices. I represented Procolombia before national entities (Chambers of Commerce of the country, Bancoldex, Governments, etc). I monitoried the activities of each of the allies nationwide. I Implemented advisory strategies for the export sector in each region.and searched for new strategic partners in the regions to open information centers.Achievements:- Improvement of the management indicators of the national network in terms of trained and advised entrepreneurs. 98.5% compliance.- Structuring the goals and indicators for the network, which made it possible to monitor the activities of the regional partners in a timely manner.- Design, structuring and set up of the meetings of the national network in Bogotá (2004) and Eje Cafetero (2005).   I lead the education and training strategy through the generation of seminars, workshops and courses, aimed at strengthening the management of micro, small and medium-sized companies in Bogotá and the region. I lead face-to-face consulting services for companies. I was In charge of designing, developing and implementing the intervention model to carry out internationalization plans in organizations. I was responsible for the strategy of building business cores of the entity, through the channeling of economic resources from the European Commission.Achievements:- 100% compliance with indicators of the consulting service specialized in internationalization.- 100% compliance with the internationalization plans of the intervened companies.- Structuring of 5 business cores, achieving 100% of the goal set by the European Commission.- Compliance with goals and indicators in face-to-face advice, training seminars, specialized consulting, internationalization plans and business cores by 95.7%. I established and consolidated commercial relationships with public and private organizations in Colombia and abroad, to achieve the use and participation by national and foreign entrepreneurs of the services provided by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce. I planed and executed the international schedule of the entity, in terms of business meetings, fairs, commercial and exploratory missions.Achievements:- 100% compliance with the strategy and schedule of international commercial events in the country, aimed at the achievement of deals.- Development of the International Management Tutor. During my tenure at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, I led the development, design and implementation of this specialized consulting program for companies that wanted to internationalize their activities.- Design and development of the International Cost Simulator.   I represent more than 280 companies in the logistics sector at a national level, before government institutions. I am resposible for structuring of asociation proposals aimed at solving problems in logistics.
