      I structured the promotion strategy for the network of 21 regional offices. I represented Procolombia before national entities (Chambers of Commerce of the country, Bancoldex, Governments, etc). I monitoried the activities of each of the allies nationwide. I Implemented advisory strategies for the export sector in each region.and searched for new strategic partners in the regions to open information centers.Achievements:- Improvement of the management indicators of the national network in terms of trained and advised entrepreneurs. 98.5% compliance.- Structuring the goals and indicators for the network, which made it possible to monitor the activities of the regional partners in a timely manner.- Design, structuring and set up of the meetings of the national network in Bogotá (2004) and Eje Cafetero (2005).
