  During my tenure at Lezama Group, I worked as a Hostess in the restaurants Café de Oriente and La Botillería. My main functions were directly related to customer service: reservation management, reception of diners and room control. Additionally, I had a very prominent role in the commercial management of events for groups.These positions allowed me to develop my skills in personnel management, teamwork and communication with both clients and staff.
