  Maintain the network infrastructure for the County and 30 external agencies (estimated 3000 end users). Responsibilities include design, implementation and configuration of network strategies that provide a secure and reliable infrastructure that adheres to our 99.999% uptime standards. Co-manager for a $6.7M project to replace the Court system. Served as a liaison between the end users (Circuit Clerk, State's Attorney, Public Defender, Court Administration, Probation, etc) and the vendor to translate business practices into functional system processes within the application. One such process was a Collections effort that to-date has collected over $7M in late fines/fees. Provided Helpdesk support to over 500 end users. Responsibilities included: PC support, network infrastructure (implementation and maintenance), and programming (MS Access, ASP).
