  Working closely with the PO NFS personnel to improve nuclear security (remove the proliferation andradiological threat from RA nuclear reactor), and to arrest the environmental hazard by safely packaging spent nuclear fuel and shipping it to the Russian Federation (where it will be reprocessedand disposition). I was especially focusing on packing the spent nuclear fuel into the Skoda casks and preparing them for transportation while supervising the process of manipulation with the spent nuclear fuel, its packing, drying the containers and performance of leakage tests on Skoda containters. Throughout the two years, I attended 4 rotations, each 6 months long in different business unit, country and function. I was placed in thoughtful, challenging roles to develop critical skills like leadership, critical thinking and to learn how to take initiative. I was working with the best and brightest leaders who passionately took time out of their schedules to support my development. I attended 2 mandatory CLP Summits in order to be able to graduate from program (Shanghai, and Chengdu in China)I also attended Accelerating Your Leadership Journey: 1-week required leadership training course at GE’s world renowned ‘Crotonville’ campus in Upstate New York – which only 3% of GE employees get nominated to attend.
