  Aided in viewings for Industrial, Office, Retail and Residential properties. Involved in a rent review and market valuation of a Tesco store in Poole. Aided in management consultancy for a co-working centre to improve asset performance. Helped source plots of land for Goadsby’s developer clients. I also created detailed residential comparable evidence using Excel which was used for research into possible expansion of the company into a new area of the UK.
