  Under a professional CTE NYS issued teaching license, I have the unique opportunity to teach at Brooklyn Technical High School in the Engineering, Technology and Design department, where I have taught freshman a course entitled DDP (drafting and design for production) which is an introductory to engineering computer aided design course. In my third year at Tech and currently I teach graphic design, filmmaking and industrial design as well as being given a comp time role as stageworks theater coordinator. The auditorium at Brooklyn Technical High School is second to Radio City Music Hall as the largest hall in NYC. As this theater’s coordinator, I supervised upwards of thirty student stagehands to help support events in the building. Many times I have found myself in the building longer than regular school hours supporting the numerous activites that take place in the building. This is in addition to the annual four performances held in the auditorium. In addition to running the stage crew, I was also responsible for shooting/recording the shows as well as preparing them for distribution among the students and staff. Show less
