  Study of the involved mechanisms in glioblastoma development, in particular, the neurotrophic growth factor midkine and the autophagy-associated gene AMBRA1 role in glioblastoma-derived cancer-initiating cells (GICs). The GICs resistance ability was evaluated using different combinatorial therapies in vitro and in vivo models.
