  I am leading a team that leads delivery of cross-enterprise strategic initiatives. We bring a disciplined approach, focused on executing with excellence and enabling our sponsors to achieve expected outcomes. I led a digital transformation to deliver a next-generation sales process for the TIAA advisory channels. This process allows clients to receive complex recommendations that match their goals and best interest. I ensured that the transformation’s vision and mission were met and supported across the business, leadership, technology, and the regulatory team. Under my leadership, we launched the first phase with an anticipated reduction in touch time by 60% and over $50M in new revenue. I headed all initiatives related to change management and readiness for the TIAA sales organization. By establishing a single change management message, we could get buy-in from the teams, which allowed for broader adoption of initiatives and further implementations to meet future needs. We also rolled out a dashboard to communicate and assess capacity across the business, which enhanced the ability to identify opportunities and enact positive change. This role involved directing, producing, and delivering communication across the sales organization. The variety of work ranged from preparing communications plans for senior management to publishing weekly updates for all employees. Refocussing the communications program on transparency and timeliness was a significant achievement during my time in this area. During this time, I leveraged my Lean/Six Sigma training to implement various projects aimed at effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, I elevated the leadership team’s knowledge and readiness to adopt continuous improvement practices by demonstrating the long-term value and minimal disruption of implementation. The main goal during this role was to improve the onboarding process of new representatives to the organization. By creating policies and procedures, we were able to increase client service levels and improve profitability. I led training and curriculum development for 11 Western offices. Starting in the New York office, I helped clients via phone and in-person to achieve their needs. Upon relocation to Denver, I helped establish the TIAA presence there.
