      In April 2014 I was mobilised to Ichthys LNG to start up the Off Site and utilities MEC 2 package for Monadelphous Energy, Oil and Gas division. On arrival my work scope included integrating the Companies deliverables and business management system with that of the Clients current systems as well as the forefront of establishing the relationships with both safety and operations stakeholders. Having a majority of employees mobilising from W.A I was also tasked with training and advising both blue collar and white collar in the N.T WHS legislative requirements.Post start up my duties include;- Pre Start and Toolbox development for the workforce- Incident Investigation - Taproot and MyOSH- BMS auditing- IIF in the field and coaching in action as well as behavioural interactions and trending analysis- Field interaction, risk mitigation and auditing- Developing and integration of Safe Work Method Statements with both supervision and craft workers - Training and VOC of various plant and equipment as well as WHS training for Supervision and Senior Management- Start up, train and lead First Response Team (FRT) for the companyWork scope for the project includes – Modulised SMP of main pipe racks and Train hook up, ground flares and knock out drums, product storage hook up, export jetty pipe racks, sea fastening removal from MOF vessels, utilities package, fire and potable water package. Construction activities involve Crane and rigging up to 50 tonne, structural mechanical and piping both modulated and stick built, stores and materials control, transport, training. Show less In this role I am responsible for supervising the night shift safety operations for Monadelphous. We built a Desalination plant, waste water treatment plant, power generation plant and performing the General Services requirements for the entire Wheatstone Project. The position requires autonomous management of supervision and craft workers in their activities. This includes risk mitigation, hazard observations, compliance auditing, behavioral safety training, design, register and deliver training packages, client liaison, fatigue management and project metrics reporting.Another part of role is my position as a trained, active and passionate member of the Bechtel Wheatstone Emergency Response Team. With experience and qualification in Urban Fire response, road crash rescue, hazard materials containment and breathing apparatus I am able to bring another dimension to my role.With a strong belief that safety can become an everyday value I work constantly on the notion that open and transparent communication with the work groups and key stakeholders is paramount in achieving a robust and educated workforce. I consistently use the skill and experience of those in the field to implement safety strategies that the work group adopt and use because they want to.       HSE Lead for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Company Mondium Pty Ltd. Mondium is a joint venture between Monadelphous and Lycopodium enabling complete end to end engineering, construction and commissioning turn key packages. Mondium is an EPC currently delivering the Tailings Retreatment Project on the Talison Lithium Mine in Greenbushes, Western Australia. The Lead role involves project mobilisation, Induction, operations, training, auditing, compliance, behavioural based safety mentoring and commissioning of the new Tailings Treatment Plant. As EPC I lead a team of safety professionals and guide the Subcontractor workforce through the project requirements of both Client and Mondium. With the Greenbushes Talison project going into suspension I was mobilised to the Rio Tinto Western Turner Syncline 2 project. On this project I was involved as the EPCM in managing the Major Earthworks Contractors. This included Coaching and Mentoring of the CRM systems, PSI facilitation, coaching and analysis, Field Investigation and reporting of incidents, CRAW and Traffic Management facilitation and review.
