  * Plan, design and implement new Data Center infrastructure containing 100 Racks at Gazipur. Implement Network Infrastructure (Nexus 7K, 5k, 2K, ASR9000, 7606 Router etc.) using latest technology, as well structure Cabling (CAT6A and Pre-terminated Fiber Optic OM4 solution) * Optimize and maintain reliable Data Center operation and maintaining organizational KPI of IT data center network infrastructure.* Prepare and review financial budget of IT Networks unit, demonstrate the business justification for management approval and ensure cost effective technology solution for organization.* Prepare RFP, evaluate vendor proposals and provide justification to implement various products and solutions.* Design and implement policies, processes and service level agreements (SLA) with different IT units, suppliers and external parties for various IT services.* Manage team, ensure proper resources engagement for operational activities as well as on time project delivery. * Manage and periodically evaluate vendors.
