  PROJECTS RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of yearly budget for both Capital and revenue. Preparation of Plant Capacity Review for all plant in group and propose for new equipment procurement based on the new business and volume proposed by customers Preparation of RFQ for production equipment’s, compare different supplier, negotiation & finalization. Develop Local machine manufacturer, regular visit, inspection & quality assurance till project completion. Responsible for Factory layout design considering man, material movement. Manage the entire project in Supreme Project tracking system like time plan and procedures & updates regularly until project completed successfully within the specified time frames. Co-ordinate with each team in the company which relates to successfully complete the project according to timing plan.ROBOTICS & WATERJET SYSTEMS RESPONSIBILITES Responsible for 41 ABB robots used for various application mainly waterjet system across 11 Supreme plants in 7 locations. Single point access to equipment supplier & services for all the robotic projects. Virtually provides Online / Hands-on support to all Supreme plants for issues related to maintenance, Productivity development & improvement. Determine most cost-effective repairs/ resolutions Spare part and Inventory management for Robots and High Pressure pumps for complete group. Tracking spare part life, identifying abnormal consumption and find the root cause. Conducting training about robot programming maintenance & efficient productivity. Development and execution of new robotic concepts for different applications.
