      Everybody needs exercise! And that’s as true for older adults as it is for anyone. I have been working with older adults focus on living a healthier lifestyle through Health and Wellness. The exercise programs I have been teaching are helping them to better their lives.       Senior Fitness Instructor

      I am currently a Senior Fitness Instructor at Myerberg Senior Center. Senior Strong- combines flexibility, strength training, and aerobic walking. I help to improve lower extremity stiffness, pain, and strength, aerobic capacity, participation in exercise and self-efficacy for exercise.Senior Circuit training-This total body workout is a great way for older adults to get started with strength training. The exercises focus on building total-body strength with an emphasis on improving balance, stability, and flexibility.Senior Cardio Drumming- This class gets older active adults moving together to nostalgic music, regardless of ability or mobility level.
