      In this role I was responsible for Receiving Technical Tickets from the front-line call centre agents, analysing the ticket / running diagnostics (both locally and remotely in the headend) on the company’s network and identifying common network error trends. If I was able to identify a network trend then I was responsible for fixing or escalating the case to the Network operations centre (NOC) or dispatching the relevant technician to the location of the root cause of the problem. Once the case had been escalated, I was responsible for monitoring and updating upper management of the progress of the incident through to resolution. I was also responsible for posting updates on an internal company notice board to keep the front-line call centre agents updated on the progress of the incident, so that in turn the Agents could update the customer.
