   Directly supervise construction activities of section on day to day basis. Divide work in to suitable parts and assign to different groups within section. Communicate ideas for any modification to the construction Manager and record.  Ensure site installation is as per approved shop drawings, specification requirements and local authority regulations. Communicate with design department if anything contradicts. Take responsibility of all construction activities as assigned by Construction Manager and Project Manager. Attend the daily technical meeting and weekly, monthly meetings and the assigned seminars etc. Ensure complete set of all revision of drawings and updated relevant documents are available in site. Check and ensure all shop drawing used for construction are properly coordinated with other MEP services, latest Architectural , Interior design drawings, RCP etc. Collect and analyze daily progress report from site supervisors and ensure the progress is as in line with monthly program.
